Stay Ready, Someone is Expecting You to Show Up

"Therefore, you [who follow Me] must also be ready; because the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him" (Matthew 24:44).

Do you have a hard time talking about what you believe and who you believe in. Do you shy away from the Jesus conversations. Are you like Peter, denying Christ so people won’t persecute you, bad mouth you, reminding you of your past life. Do you change the subject because you are unsure of your beliefs?

If you are, let me tell you something. You need to get ready and live ready to talk about your hopes and expectations .We deserve to be uplifted especially in the chaos we are living around. Talking about the Lord is a relief from all of the bad news, crime corruption, and greed.

We must live in Hope, expecting deliverance and victory. What we are hoping for and what we are expecting is Big. It takes a lot of courage to have Hope in something or someone that others do not share your same interest. We must be secure in our beliefs and stand firm on what we believe. Stay ready because because what you are expecting is on the way.

Get Ready Stay Ready. Are we expecting to be rewarded for our faith, our honesty, our love for our neighbors our works. What are we expecting. Do we have the faith the size of a mustard seed, without faith it is impossible to please God or to believe in Jesus Do you believe in what you are hoping for, praying for, trusting God for.God has plans for us, He wants us to be happy Christians, not sad Christians. Tell yourself, Everything is going to be alright and then get up and do the work. Yes God performs miracles. Think about it all the miracles were proceeded by someone with faith, hope and expectancy.

When our hope is revealed, and our expectations are fulfilled will we be ready. Are we living a life that will be ready for God’s Kingdom when our time on this earth is over.

Lets look at the 10 virgins, yes we know that story, 5 were left out of the ceremony. Why, they were not ready. They had hope, they expected to be in the wedding, They were not ready.
