Are You Using Your Gift

When someone gives you a gift, most of the time it is something you will eventually use. Hopefully you appreciate it. Does this sound familiar. The person who gave it to you would appreciate it if you actually used it and told them how grateful you are for receiving such a gift. I feel that way about a gift from God. If you are anointed to serve in any capacity of God's church on earth use your anointing. If you have a talent or skill, even if it's bookkeeping or mopping the halls do it. Your reward is not here on earth it is in heaven. When we receive a gift or talent that could only be given by God, it should be appreciated and acknowledge. When we have a gift or talent that can be used for Kingdom service we must use it. God wants to hear about it. Some people have special gifts, according to scripture in the Bible, that are used for showing God how much we appreciate a gift we can share with others. I know sometimes we do not want to use what God instilled in us. Think about the people who will benefit from your gift. Are you using your gift. I am not a professional singer but I love to hear the voices of those who can sing. To me that is sharing a gift with one of God's children. Use your gift someone needs to know that they have a gift that may just come from you.
