Become an EPIC Christian Woman
Have you ever found yourself in a season of feeling lost, discouraged, or struggling to balance your faith, marriage, and personal identity? If this is what’s happening to you, you are not alone. Christian wives can wrestle with these emotions, questioning if they are sincerely walking in their purpose. The heaviness of ministry, family responsibilities, and personal expectations can leave you feeling invisible, unfulfilled, or even questioning your role.
But here’s the truth: You were never meant to carry it all alone.
I remember being lost when I became a wife, then a mother, and then a preacher's wife—all within four years. The transitions were so fast, and I didn’t know which role was more important. I poured into each one but lost the ability to find my own identity in the process.
I tried to be the best wife, the best mother, and the best support for my husband’s ministry, but deep inside, I felt like I was disappearing. The woman I once was—the dreams, the personality, the purpose I had before—felt buried under the weight of responsibilities.
It wasn’t until I reestablished my relationship with Jesus Christ that I began to rediscover who I truly was. I wasn’t just a wife, just a mother, or just a preacher’s wife—I was a daughter of God, created with a unique purpose.
Add this Scripture to your daily reading. This Scripture has guided me through that season "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in the" (Ephesians 2:10). This verse in Ephesians reminded me that my identity was not in my roles but in Jesus Christ.
Yare more than just a title. Being a wife especially a preacher's wife or woman of faith in leadership, can be both a privilege and a challenge. You pour into others, offer support, and stand beside your husband in ministry, yet at times, you may feel as if your own identity is fading into the background.
The good news is that God has a plan for you beyond just surviving.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
Thank you for taking this journey with me. I pray that the EPIC Christian Woman encourages you to walk boldly in your faith, embrace your God--given identity, and step into the life He has called you to with Expectation, Purpose. Intention, and Consistency
